The most popular way of uploading your site is using FTP. When you sign up for a package, your host will provide you with an FTP account. Using software such as CuteFTP or WS_FTP, you can log into your host. Then you can just drag and drop files onto your web server.

A domain name is a specific name that identifies the owner. i.e. www.yourcompanyname.com. The Domain Name gives you a URL (internet address) that is easy to remember. You can move your site at any time to any server and still be found because your domain name does not change.

Prices depend on many variants, but you can be sure you are getting great value for your design project. Design jobs are charged by the hour. Typical graphic design projects are $75/hr. or a flat $100 for a small to med setup job. We also bill in 15min increments for web work. If you have small changes to a pre-existing file that takes 5 min for a quick update, we will charge the min amount of $35. Website work starts at $75 per hour. Our logo design can be used to complete stationery and brand marketing – including business card, letterhead, envelopes, brochure design, websites, graphics for websites, direct mail design, email marketing, mailing labels, presentation folders, and any other designs your business may require

SEO stands for search engine optimization, and while there are many detailed explanations, the best one we can think of is “making things appear higher in Google (or any other search engine)”. In our case, we also break SEO into on-site and off-site SEO.

On-site SEO works on things on your own site that will help search engines understand what you do and find all the pages on your site. Off-site SEO is concerned with creating links back to your site in order to help demonstrate relevance and popularity to Google.

In most cases, we invoice on a monthly basis with 30-day payment terms. For certain projects we may require a proportion of the payment upfront or for it to be fully covered by the clients; for example, building new sites and payment for PPC spend.

We always agree payment in advance of a project is started, and any changes in the budget will be fully communicated and agreed in writing in advance.
